The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the area and the nearby pub had great food and friendly staff. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with exceptional facilities, including a hot tub. the hosts were helpful and accommodating, providing early check-in and demonstrating how to use the hot tub.

The bathroom floor could get a bit slippery, which was a safety concern.

The hot tub was a definite highlight of our Christmas stay, providing a relaxing and warm experience even in chilly weather. We also appreciated having access to WiFi, which helped us quickly find activities to fill our days. The location of the hotel was excellent, offering a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. the hosts were extremely accommodating and willing to assist with any needs, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One potential downside was the lack of radiators in the main living area, causing it to get quite cold. It would have been helpful to have additional heating in this space.

I recently stayed at the Old Barn, Newclose Farm Villa and had a fantastic time. The barn was beautifully decorated and had a cozy, homely feel to it. The kitchen was fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, which made our stay even more convenient. I was impressed with the welcome hamper that was provided, it was a lovely surprise. The location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property was spotless and the hosts were very attentive and welcoming. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the beds not being very comfortable, I would still highly recommend this place. I had a wonderful experience at the Old Barn, Newclose Farm Villa.

bathroom lacked proper ventilation

Lovely peaceful location. Spacious apartment with comfy beds. The fresh eggs were delicious. The wood burner and hot tub were nice touches - and if the weather were a little dryer and colder respectively we would have used them. Very clean and comfortable, set in a sunny garden very safe and secure for children to play and parents to relax. Welcoming and friendly hosts and a hot tub included as an added bonus. Everything was provided that we could have needed in the home, including a BBQ, washing machine, and clothesline.
